A 20 minute workout with TRX suspension straps. Of course any type suspension strap will do. I recently pulled a hamstring playing football with some youngsters, so this workout was all upper body.
I performed as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. I completed 8.
10 reps / low row-curl
10 reps / pushup-tri extension
10 reps / ab roll outs
