Tight, calf muscles, calves, cause lots of low back pain. Drastically reduce or eliminate your back pain by stretching your calves, frequently. Thes are my favourite calf stretches, the Calf Step Stretch. Do lots of them & be AMAZED by how good your back feels.

  • lol only recommendation is to do it at the bottom step, old people might fall down the stairs! Serious caution! Over stretching the calf causes a world load of troubles so be careful!

  • Yes, why does it hurt more after & what does he mean, twist your spine?

  • Ok why does it still hurt even more after a stretch and it gets even tighter and how long before you feel a difference a week or even months since it has been a problem for years
