@namrata221 "There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution."
JOHN ADAMS, letter to Jonathan Jackson, Oct. 2, 1789

@namrata221 Why only now does is Obama "getting tough" with republicans. Obama is the president that signed NDAA into action, said he'd protect whistle-blowers and has prosecuted more whistle-blowers than any president in history, he's abusing the power of the executive branch. I voted for Obama in 2008 but they fooled us man . . take a good look at Ron Paul. Also, check out historian Howard Zinn on parties, political parties only divide us.

Obama can say all he wants cause it's after the fact . . if he gave a shit about stopping terrorism he wouldn't be killing civilians. All this goes to show is Ron Paul was right, and is right now. Election fraud is happening as we speak, become a pollwatcher!! The entire world wants Ron Paul and so does the nation- don't let them make you feel defeated!

@densaugeo I agree.

@shadowedge69 In addition to that, Republicans were the one who screwed up America pretty badly in the first place. Does it ring a bell? This country went into a severe Recession when Bush was in office. Why would you all wanna go back there! Obama came into office amidst the recession. You gave Bush a second term, and look what he did? Obama is much better and he shows a lot of potential. He has been proving it time and time again, but most Americans fail to recognize his hard work.

@shadowedge69 With all due respect, I do also feel that America is getting better. However, it does still have a long way to go like you said. I would definitely vote for Obama again as he accomplished many things in his term. Healthcare only failed because of the vast majority of congress that voted on it happened to be Republican and all of them voted NO. The only reason Obama is being held back is due to the majority Republican rank in the House. And you want to vote Republican? Good luck.

@MsTruthforce Agreed!

@samie123able Protect your people over others, basic human nature
Oh that good ol' debate when McCain was wandering all over the place like a confused old man. Now he's always going in the same direction, the opposite of all his previous principles that 'made him a maverick'. If I wanted to see an old republican just following talking points & backpedaling to appease the tea party, I'd watch any damn other republican.

@samie123able It's not the whole America thinking like this, you have to take that into consideration.
