  • This is why Woe vs wade is so important! I had a friend how did this to herself with a wire coat hanger before the right for women was passed. HELL, PURE HELL!

  • ok, anyone that might be getting it in their head to give themselves an abortion with knitting needle, forget it right now, it won't work and it will seriously hurt you.

  • you can't help but feel her pain.

  • sorry about my crappy spelling i can read well im just horribal at spelling.

  • if her inlaws helped her madey she would have had the babey . sad that is 1952 that babey would be turning 60 and that baby may have bin a happy well to do busnis man or women today . that sister in law is a bitch its not a 50s thing they have people like that today . im a man so i should stay out of this because im never going to have a babey i just fell bad for thies women.

  • U have to keep in mind that her sister in law was probably in shock, let alone hurt. She thought claire dishonored her brother's memory....not to mention also the shock of hearing claire say abortion is the only way. Obviously becky was freaked out over everything. I'm not saying becky was right....but claire really hit her with a lot at once, you know?

  • I would think that the in-laws would have had to accept this surprise pregnancy and loved the baby. I don't know though, I was born in the 80s. lol

  • you know its good acting when you realize you hate that stupid cunt of a sister in law. but anyways i cant imagine being under that much stress at the time.
