@SteamEqualsFAIL i worked out EVERYDAY!!! except Sunday (that day was for football) i ran for about 1 1/2 hours with a sauna suit and i lost weight FAST!!!! i lost all that weight in 5-6 months. i also lifted weights. but i think that they stopped making the this product because it had some kind ingredient that was not allowed to be in the product. it was the RFA-1 version of the product. but anyways it worked for me. best of luck to you
