"Shattered Truth" is the twenty-first release for the Naruto CCG and introduces over 100 new cards to the Naruto CCG.
This set chronicles the final battle between Sasuke and Itachi as the truth behind the history of the Uchiha clan is revealed. New cards of the Six Tails, Madara and the powerful Jutsus Kirin and Susanoo make their first appearance to the game. Also, players will enjoy seeing more of their favorite Ninjas with the new "no effect" Ninja cards.

The first number is the card's combat (which is used if they're a head ninja) and the second number is the card's support (if it's a back/support ninja).
