Tega Cay is a peninsula located 20 minutes south of Charlotte NC. It covers 2.5 square miles and has 16 miles of shoreline on Lake Wylie. There are approximately 4,100 residents. Children attend the top rated Fort Mill schools. There is a 27-hole golf course, miles of walking trails, tennis, a Jr. Olympic pool, a marina, multiple parks, playgrounds and ball fields. Tega Cay's motto is "the good life".
