  • this video skips important parts!

  • Wrong. You don't need to tie a roast like called a flat or outside round from the hip of beef, It is on solid mass.

You only need to tie a roast like a rump roast or boneless blade roast after trimming!!

The method she used to tie a tie is to loose, and it's to difficult to explain how to tie a proper meat tie.

  • the goal to tie a piece of meat is to make it cook even, she didn't tighten up any parts, one side is clearly thicker.. she might aswell left the roast as it was..

  • eh...worked ok. It is wrong tho

  • eh....worked ok. It's dead wrong tho...

  • This is a better technique than the lasso looping technique because it avoids having to coax a big piece of meat through a limp loop of string. Whoever is shaking his head should compare the ease of tying the roast and forget tradition.

  • Thank you. What did we do with out You Tube?

  • Why do people like you have to ruin a good thing. I shake my head!!!

  • wow, this bitch can't do it!
