another cool diminished scale/arpeggio thing is (using triplets) like C-G-G, Eb-Bb-G, F#-C#-A#, A-E-C#... In other words 1-5-3 of major triads going up in minor thirds

Your question is unclear--maybe if you asked it again in a more focused way you might get an answer? When you say "keys," do you really mean "notes?" If your question is how can you memorize what notes are in a chord, you need to study intervallic relationships, because intervals are constant or parallel in any chord you play, or any key center you are playing in.
