Hawaiian Macadamia Bread Recipe - Made with Fresh Mango and Coconut

Ingredients
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
• 1⁄4 cup butter softened
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 fresh mango chopped
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
• 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Preparation:

Dry ingredients:
In separate box mix flour baking powder baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In mixer combine sugar and butter.
Add vanilla
Add eggs
Add sour cream
Mix in dry ingredients
Add coconut
Fold in mango

Pour into coated 9 x 5 x 3 in. bread pan and bake for 60 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
