I did Medicine Ball Core Cardio today...twice. In the morning I started with 3 lb then went to 5 lb. At the end I wanted to keep going. It felt like a good warm-up actually. In the evening, I did it again using just 5 lb. I think I put more into it the 2nd time because I knew what the moves were. My heart rate was much higher. I still felt it was too short but it's the type of workout you could do on your own and just add more sets. I really liked it.

This one looks great! When I saw it on Tony's site, I blew it off because I decided I wasn't going to buy any more equipment. No medicine ball! But I might weaken and get one once I find out which dumbbell weight works best for me on this workout because I have a feeling I'll be doing this one a lot!

@graffititigger Yes, I highly recommend this workout! Just remember to use a heavier weight and push yourself and you will not be disappointed!
