its a 3rd person cover shooter how is that copying halo?

the gameplay is nothing like halo and from what ive seen the storys nothing like it either.

just cause one or two characters looked similar to something like halo doesnt mean their copying.

an example of a game thats 100% completely trying to rip off another game is dantes inferno but not this game.
