Don't listen to these fuckheads. They're a bunch of peckerwoods if you ask me. I though it was awesome. I like cliff burtons solos and the distortion on a bass guitar. Fuck you all and your clean bass.

What's wrong with soloing like Cliff Burton? Did this dude say anywhere in this video that all I do is solo?
And for you other bashers, lots of metal bassists use distortion(that's why they make bass distortion pedals) maybe he prefers it? And of coarse it sounds like a guitar. That's why it's called a Bass GUITAR and not a bass OBO. LOL

You've been listening to too much Cliff Burton. You have potential, but it's time for you to get into some other bassists. For starters, there's Geddy Lee (Rush), Chris Squire (Yes), John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin)... if you're more into metal, check out Steve Harris (Iron Maiden)... one last tip - play clean, stay in the pocket and keep a fat, groovy bottom line going... there's much more to bass than soloing like Cliff Burton...

It was alright, you could use more lows with the disortion though, too much treble gives it a twangy guitarish sound but that's just my advice, but go for whatever you feel.

Whoever said Cliff was the only one with this style? Billy Sheehan plays the same way too. So if you don't like my style of playing, then don't watch my video, go to another bass player's video that you want to hear, because I'm not going to change my style because you and two other people said I should
