@Tutankhaten Hi and thank you for your comment. We pressed each pulp two times to get maximum yield, but trying smaller amount might get even a bit more. Good point =).

@agapemom Thank you for your comment. That is correct. Plus the good apples are Granny Smith and the carrots should be in bio quality. Gerson also recommends to make a lot of green juices.

The Champion Juicer creates a better broken up pulp so you can extract a bit more juice from it and a press, than from a low rpm juicer and a press.
