This is a song that I wrote, and then recorded on 6th June 2004, on the 60th anniversary of the D-Day landings.

For years I wondered what the hell happened to the one and only copy I made, and then yesterday whilst clearing my sisters loft........ I found it!!

So, five years later... this is my tribute to everyone who took part in the D-Day landings in Normandy, France! I hope you enjoy it!




They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years contemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them!
