Sam August: 10. The Showdown, Original Song

The tenth track off my album Rawg's Record, which came out in June '09. I'm playing all the instruments here: guitar, drums, bass. Without sounding too arrogant, I love this song. It pretty much stemmed from me not being able to play Brad Paisley's "Throttleneck," but I don't think this is a complete ripoff. I like western movies a lot, and I structed the song as a duel between the two different sounding guitars, a musical metaphor for a "showdown." (I only have the one guitar, I just tweak the pickups and amp a bit to make them sound different.) But yeah, hope y'all like it, enjoy. I'll put up s'more guitar covers soon.
