I would say defense need to do something there. After first triangle 1 defender follows one player clearly passing in front of the other defender...thus creating an obstacle. But after doing that he decides that it is no longer worth running so let the other guy alone. Again at the second triangle the defender is behind the attacker O1 and the ball...doesn't even try to cut the angle of support.
