We used fizzing antacid tablets that go by the brand name alka-seltzer here in the US. I'm not sure what they may be called in other countries. Have fun!

Unfortunately no , it doesnt. The seltzer will only "bluub" the water for sometime. When the seltzer is finished , the "bluubing" on the water will eventually stop.
