@JoshieDoozie. You don't get it. That's the horror that the upper class lives in, it's called leisure. I suppose you call horror leisure because there is no one purpose. But if all needs are provided for for everyone then that wouldn't be horror it would be bliss. And there will be no jobs dealing with money, no bankers, brokers, accountants, insurance, advertisers, or even cashiers or clerks. Instead people would pursue lives of science or art, whatever their calling may be.

I am the victim of the religious fragmentation. I love my family, but I feel deep down inside a sadness that my mother, grandmother, and my aunt will never be as close as we should be, and that I will never truly make them happy because I don't believe the same as them. It used to eat me up, but now I have mostly suppressed it. The world is changing though, each generation is becoming smarter and more open minded. We will see drastic changes in the world and system, it is just a matter of when?

I just wanted to say... That it's very humorous that people say myths were all fake, and it was just a way for people to reassure themselves of the unkown, yet if you really think about it, that's probably what religion was created from. People didn't understand the world, since it was only the begininning, so they created religon. or in other words, myths. Yet, for some reason, our society continued to practice these "myths" and make it socially acceptable.

@ibentthesky all I want to say is, you can pretend to be good to a God while shafting your brothers (humans) and I'll be good to my brothers whithout giving two shits about hurting God feelings, after all if he created everything he should be mature enough not to get his feelings hurt if i don't sacrifice a sheep every harvest for his purpose.

So one shouldn't learn anything, gain any type of knowledge, for it's ever changing, and what one learned today, will no longer be relevant tomorrow?
This film sends out very subtle messages, hidden very cleverly, as to how to let machines replace one as the driver, and one simply be a nonproductive, non-thinking, nonentity floating through a glorious utopia. Who wants to live in such horror, in limbo almost.

Seriously speaking its your own opinion. Koran doesnt open it self to everyone.. think of it like abstract art. You can have any opinion but what you can not deny is that there is truth about Civilization as alot of laws in the world have been derived straight out of koran like the mercantile laws laws for inheritance etc. etc. koran also reveals to you truth about Astrology. But like most people you choose to ignore the Truth. GOD BLESS YOU!

@Hajumula I studied Koran as part of theology courses in seminary &, later, at secular university
The style is poor & unimaginative, somewhat similar to writings of my clients with schizophrenia Verses= disjointed & lack unifying purposiveness Premises don't follow, mythology = nonexistent, moral = ambiguous Mood = despotic & subservient
No explanatory potential - one explanation for all good & bad = God is great
My opinion:
Koran is great 4 those deprived of ALL OTHER books
As is often the case

And another thing, author should correct his false presentation of religions and astrology. Or at least say such are his own impressions. I challenge anyone to quote a historical source stating that Krishna or Horus had 12 disciples or that Osiris rose from the dead, not the opposite.
Being ignorant of theology/history will not help spread the message.
In fact errors like these turned both real scholars and religious fanatics against the films. As for me I sighed at lack of professionalism :-(

Although I like many things said here, not taking into account our animal nature, brushing it aside whilst considering social policy is the gravest possible error and any psychologist, psychiatrist, ethologist, sociologist and a good bio-scientist will tell you the same thing.
It's naive not to consider Evolutionary Time Lag. Our brain is still adapted to stone age with consciousness occupying 2-3% of waking time, the rest- a violent animal ruled by passions. t'll take 1000s of years to change.
@aodscarecrow Thank you for proving my point. The basic tenet of Christianity is belief in God. Since it appears that you do indeed have a relationship with God, as per your previous statement indicates, your point is now moot.

@ibentthesky Well, Islam is about believing in god too, only they have a different name for the same god and islam is not about christianity so unfortunately you are simply demonstrating your own lack of understanding with that statement. But no, christianity is not about believing in god its about following a rigid set of rules imposed by the roman empire that are designed to lead people away from god while pretending to do the opposite. The christian concept of god is utterly false

@ibentthesky no need for that, Im fine I have a better relationship with god than can be found through any false religious doctrine, just try and think for yourself rather than being led to slaughter by a book of fiction and thereby contributing the destruction of the world due to your own inaction.

@aodscarecrow We have different beliefs. Let's stay with that.

@ibentthesky its called truth and fiction... and one day you will wake up to the fact that you have been deceived, that the bible is a lie and that by sitting idly by waiting to be saved you have been very active in contributing to the destruction of this earth and all life upon it.
