The trinity is a man made concept made by the council of Nicea . Mary , Allah be pleased w . her is always mentioned in Christian writings as " mother " of God . This woild make her , Allah forbid , mightier than the "trinity " ... What are " Christians " thinking ?

@19pilus The Quran has a major discrepancy. Muhammad & Allah didn't understand the Biblical concept of the triunity of God or the true doctrine of Biblical Christianity. He thought Mary was part of the trinity. In Quran 5:116, Allah shows his ignorance when he questions Jesus about him saying Did u say Mary is god together with u?.

Muhammad confirms this as his understanding when he mentions the trinity in the following verses. He mentioned Mary not the Holy Spirit.

@ajlapiana I'm sorry to say this, it's not that Muslims accuse Christians of ascribing partners with God, but that is an actual fact. Yes, you probably worship God, but one thing you should know is that you're different from me and every other person. Where i am there are Christians who claim Jesus is God! What do you say about this one?? One other thing you should know is that, Jesus never claimed he is the son of God, if he did tell me the verse in the bible that mentions this.

Why do Muslims accuse Christians of ascribing partners unto God? Christians don’t believe Jesus is God’s partner. Bc the Scriptures in the Holy Bible don’t say that. It says, like it or NOT, He is God’s Son. Jesus said He was and God said He was. He said it we believe it & that settles that. If anyone, IMO, ascribes partners to God it’s Muslims who are guilty of what they accuse us of.

Why to I say that?

Because, in order to be a Muslim you must say the sahadah. u must mention Allah+Muhammad

@19pilus NO need to erase those verses: Deut 6 We believe God is one. John 20 Jesus calls His Father God The Father calls Jesus God in Hebrews 1 "Thy throne Oh God..." In Jn 5 Jesus said the "Father who sent me" which makes jesus what to His Father? Mat. 9 "Son of man" yes, no Christians denys He was a man or that He is God's word made man, flesh or incarnate! @19pilus I'm sure u don't hate me, but As I mentioned, those using the phrase "son of Mary" are inviting a curse on them. Because it is blasphemous. We all know that Mary bore Jesus, but to refer to Him as son of His mother is inadvertently referring to Him as a liar & a bastard. It is highly disrespectful. U can be free from this curse by having a true Christian pray for u & repenting of calling Jesus SOM. We know that God didn't copulate with Mary & we know that Jesus is The Son of His Father!

@mr1c3man My telling u Jesus is God's son is reciting the Bible or a least the part u need to hear and accept. Even deedat didn't have a problem with Jesus being God's son as long as Adam and all the other prophets including us were as well. The difference however is that Jesus is God's Word NOT just a messenger like all other prophets. The Word of God was made human. @ajlapiana every language have its own grammatical meaning to read between the lines..and because by changing it literally without any reference to its meaning from original text could led to a lot of serious misunderstanding..I myself have studied Bible,so I know how serious is it..check on Deuteronomy 6: 4,John 20:17,John 5:37,Matthew 9:6,Matthew 27:46..I think if u want to maintain ur claim of Jesus as son of god,u should erase those verse from bible,since it cause serious blow to your claim.
