Im using a Gamebridge, but you can only buy those online. In Best Buy (or Best Buy like places I guess) you can get whats called a "Dazzle", it will do the same thing.

Those are "broken sustains", just a bug in this particular song. Just believe me when I say even if they were fixed you would still get the same score lol, the explanation is long.
