  • Your reps are about 10 seconds up and 10 seconds down, virtually NO rest between exercises is the point. Its also like working cardio at the same time

  • what is the correct amount of time between exercises? i was the under the impression it was anywhere from 1 to 1.5 minutes. from this video and others it appears a lot less ... they basically go from one directly to the next, the only delay in time is setting up the machine.
