Your reps are about 10 seconds up and 10 seconds down, virtually NO rest between exercises is the point. Its also like working cardio at the same time

what is the correct amount of time between exercises? i was the under the impression it was anywhere from 1 to 1.5 minutes. from this video and others it appears a lot less ... they basically go from one directly to the next, the only delay in time is setting up the machine.

I do wish that all the BBS videos would drop the dreadful music at beginning and end. otherwise v useful.

if someone wasn't watching the video and just the audio...it'd sound like a pregnancy...heavy breathing, "push push push"
