  • Congratulations on sharing your journey. How tall are you? And did you go down in shoe size?

  • @Mindfulliving8 Hello, I'm 5'6 and yes I went down a shoe size :)

  • I was feeling kind if blue today because I have been getting a hard time about my Lapband surgery in November. Your videos ALWAYS put things back in perspective. I am doing this for me! No one else! Thanks for reminding me if that. :-)

  • @Regena22 You are very welcome and just watch - your family and friends will love the new - healthier full of life YOU! Yay to you having surgery in my 1 year anniversary month :)

  • I love your energy and your motivation. I'm a new bander with a long road ahead, but with prayer, hard work, and determination I hope to get there!!

  • @cocobandit21 Thank you and know that you will get there :))

  • Hi my name is addy and your weight loss story is such an inspiration to me . I would love to ask u a question about how u feel after the surgery my date for the Lapband is 2/15/12 . You can reach me on Facebook my name is adeola fowler vickerie

  • You really look great! My surgery is scheduled for 2/22/12, and I'm so excited! I have an amazing surgeon too. She's one of the surgeons who uses the Spider technique instead of doing the surgery laparoscopically. It's only one cut through the belly button. Using this technique reduces the pain and healing time. It didn't take long at all for my insurance to approve me - less than 2 weeks. The whole process only took about 2 months!

  • I am getting ready for surgery, it should take place in July of 2012. I have been losing pounds weekly to reduce my weight by 10% before surgery as it is requested by most surgeons. I would like to keep in touch with you if possible, because I believe the lap band is a safer less complicated procedure, even though Kaiser doesn't advocate for the lap band. They will send me out to another hospital that will though. I find the other surgeries way too invasive and risky. How did you decide?

  • @creativechic92 i would like to know, I had kaiser and ask for the surgery they said No!!!!! i drop them

  • Hi! I am really wanting to do Lap Band! How much did it cost to get it done?????

  • Very inspiring! Thanks! Good Life Happy Joy to you!

  • very nice.
