David Tennant appeared on the Andrew Marre Show to talk about his breakthrough role in Taking Over The Asylum as well as his Doctor Who roles and how he will be playing Hamlet on the stage shortly.
In the second part, he was sat inbetween Boris Johnson and Jacqui Smith and the Dalek had the final say. Jacqui Smith tries to defend her mad 42-day 'detention without charge' rule, while Boris puts on a fair argument for it being mad, and David Tennant sits on the fence a bit.
Please note that I had to remove the clips from the show because some broadcasters can get funny about such things.
