A peer led programme shows how powerful a peer-led approach is in reaching the 'hard to reach'. Stigma and discrimination often prevents sex workers from accessing mainstream services, making them more vulnerable to HIV.

    My utmost admiration & respects for this team of brave ladies. Despite putting their life's in unimaginable situations, they marched the front line where angels fear to trend. It's really a shame & waste the prog was locked down end Oct '12, the whole epidemic of 'number driven policy'. My heart ached watching this video. Where is their support when needed most? Solidarity? Perhaps good as lip service & bumper stickers.
