Emmet's railway cartoons were the inspiration for the miniature railway at the Festival of Britain in 1951 which he also designed. Nellie was of one of the engines. Im afraid you'll have to scratchbuild if you want one.

Okay, so I researched Emett and came up with Roland Emett and his cartoons. I can't find anything in a small scale engine such as yours. Would you please offer some direction on where to buy such an engine or kit?
