Thanks posting this video. Very informative and easy to follow. It looks super yummy :) and easy to make. One thing though: the music is really uncomfortable and doesn't go well with the video, it got me all tensed up like something is about to happen lol .

Looks nice, but very different from what my mother makes it (she is algerian from Algiers) :) But I guess you can do it differently? :)

@ZeheraFela , I am very sure your mother makes it more authentic than i did! I am not Algerian and i got the recipe from many sources online and tried to make it as best as i could :)
