I took this with my phone it was pretty cool.
This has happened to me in asteroid coaster act 2 before but i didnt record.

I think that when sega makes a game that contains 2d and 3d it shold give you a choice between 2d and 3d always

Not quite. The 2D sections are already 2.5D. 2.5D means 2D with 3D graphics, like Kirby and the Crystal Shards and the side-scrolling sections of Sonic Unleashed and Colo(u)rs.
