What I am playing in this video is just a series of made up little ditties connected together. The ocarina comes with a free book of tunes written out with melody and harmony.

Yes, there are two separate chambers tuned a 5th apart. Each side plays one octave. The higher chamber plays from C to C and the lower from F to F.
