No, The man who has the hose attack accident is the Alan engine voice, although he does't say much, Scottish John and the Narrator of Rolling Stock is the person at the video awards giving the prize, this video was made one year before Rolling Stock.

Its my personal favorite, lots of good memories in this video for me, fun to make although dealing with real people is very different to working with small model trains.
