"all of our books are in new to good conditions"....lie right there! I've gotten books with water damage before and customer service is extremely slow and so hard to communicate with. I definitely wouldn't recommend chegg!

Yeah fuck chegg. I sold my book back, after they decided it wasnt in good condition I never got it back. Even after numerous calls and emails to them no one was able to help me. Im out 80 bucks and you lost a customer. I got 4 more semesters off college, you could have made a lot of money. Since you decided to be a jew about my book Ill take my service elsewhere. Don't use chegg.

Very useful video. Although I've heard of Chegg, I've had some great experience with renting from BookRenter[dot]com. I got my order on time and no problems, They even gave me a discount code w/o asking and showed me all of their promotions they have going. Why doesn't Chegg have anything like that?
