Fine dining is reaching new levels of sophistication in Vilnius. Owner and chef Thomas Teiten brings authentic French cuisine to the heart of Old Town in one of the most elegant settings the city has to offer. The menu is innovative, and offers numerous healthy choices disguised as delicious starters and entrees. Teiten has been living in Vilnius for the past fifteen years. He represents the growing number of expats who choose to make Vilnius their home and who operate successful businesses in this city, which in my opinion is poised for a cultural renaissance. Even its residents seem unaware of the magnitude of the success they are about to step into. Hopefully it will be a pleasant surprise for them and if we get to Lithuania soon we can all have a front row seat and share in their excitement.
