    Thanks for this. Made a little journal for sales meetings by using your tutorial and pasting check lists and lined note areas onto one sheet of copy paper. Works great!

    I have been wanting to make these for a while now. I did not realize they were so simple. THANKS!!!!! I'm going to make them for my 13 grandchildren for this coming Christmas! I love the idea of using them for my yearly Christmas letter too.
