starting my career just a couple years ago with an Alphaliner, now i run two NP 6xx machines (one 21 into 1 and one 16 into one), a Bravo stitch/trim machine, and various K&M/Gammerler machinery between the press and mailroom, i'm very impressed to see in action the dusty piece of machinery we have wasting away next to the VideoJet printer. it's just like our manager said about the fabled Kirk Rudy quarterfolder: "NEVER get rid of a piece of mailroom equipment that might come back in style!!!"
Ahh the memories! The 227 took my cherry back in, hrmm... 1992? I've run the harris 1372 as well as the sls1000 and 2000 and yeah, although the 227 isn't much if youre all about racing and showing off speed, it was fun to work with. Thanks for the memories and God bless all you mailer vets out there!
As a 12 year veteran of running muller martini saddle stitchers and inserters, I must say the model 227 was my first machine and they are very dependable. The production is nowhere near the Alphaliner but I must admit these are so more user friendly than any of the Kansa inserters and I really LOVE the clear lexan plates they have available now.

A well produced video and very informative. I have heard first hand of the excellent quality work that TMA does.
