  • Mats clearly gets into it by all the dancing he does. I'm fine when people move and dance, but thats insane.

  • wow, i`m new this but that evan dood..phew, i see what you mean about not being able to come back in once evan is doin his this, amazing!

  • I had never seen this - and i'm the guy who put the show on on top of that :) thanks

  • its unreal how evan parker has to identifiable styles, refering to his tenor and his soprano playing. He gets such a unique sound on both instruments and is virutally unparalleled on either one. If he was only one of his two "personas" he would still be a legendary figure in the progression of improvised music.

  • thank you for that insightful comment there - I was thinking the same thing when Evan goes into his solo mode: "wow - what's Mats going to do here? does he just jump into Evan's magic or squat down and absorb the sonic worlds coming out of his partner's horn for a bit?"

there's also an absolutely magical, warbling sound at around 4:10 that could have been a synthesizer

just beautiful playing and communication by these two masters

  • Brilliant!!!! Thank you for this!

  • Fantastic....thanks for posting this.
