Yes, you are right. The bulk of POS highrises in the video, have been constructed within the latter part of the 2000s (part of Manning's vision 2020). In Kingston on the other hand, there haven't been any new high rise construction since the 70's at least to rival the Meridien and Hilton Kingston. I know there are plans to revitalise Kingston and proposed projects. In Port of Spain, the revitalisation is ongoing.

@TIJD19 Why do these tiny islands keep comparing themselves to the islands of the greater antilles? it doesnt matter how many highrise buildings r built in pos, Jamaica is still twice the size of t&t, n u guys r so close to venezuela, one day they might just take u guys over, they should actually, insignificant little piece of land. lol
