I have seen so many taser videos on youtube now that clearly see the concept of tasers being abused. Tasers should not be a replacement for skilled human relations. There was no need to scream at the poor old lady to get on the ground. Could he not have dealt with it amicably using nothing but words? This officer is bang out of order.

He's not even a real cop, he's a constable because he couldn't get a cop job. Who's the dummy that gave him the teaser in the first place; the guys not stable enough to carry a Nurf baseball bat!
