La Venus Noir...La Baker...like Lena Horne and Tina Turner and Cher was also part Native American... I think it added to her exotic look... She had a very imposing beauty that caused you to take notice.

thanks for the kind words mahogany we did the show 14 times .the show was never filmed entirely just few clips like this one .one night we had a techical problem with the sound system right before curtain call so the producers decided to have us in outr finale costumes with josephine on stage just to show to the public that she was fine cause they were many rumours about jo'health

I just read you notes, can you please tell me if this taping was open to the public? How many shows did you do with her? Was there only one live show? I heard for years that there was no footage of her last show, is there more? You and Jo look great on here, I want to see more!! Thanks for posting this for all us young JB fans to see.

I don't know if there are more parts. This is a clip from a documentary. And it doesn't say if there is more or that the whole rehearsal was recorded on tape. If i find more ofcourse i will upload it.
