I never read the manga, but i know a few things from Bulbapedia... i'm dutch and i don't know where to buy the manga, so that's why i don't read it.

My favorite characters are Red, Blue (green in japan) and Gold.

Because i grew up with the pokemon games Red and blue, and i know they both show up in the manga.
