During versification of the book of Psalm in Punjabi by Rev. I. D. Shahbaz D.D the tunes were also composed for all the Psalms and an English Missionary lady Ms. Anita Coden wrote these tunes in staff notation. Later these tunes were preserved in a book, which was published in 1908 from Banaras, India, named "Punjabi Zabur Desi Ragan Vich". We prepare Psalms in the same tunes and this project is called "Punjabi Zabur Asli Ragan Vich".

I love this zaboor. In fact i love all the zaboors. Thanks for singing it so wonderfully. Zaboors are really a blessing....We punjabis are really blessed in this manner that we get to sing them in our homes, churches and everywhere. May Lord our God also preserve the souls of those who invented them and are now with the Lord singing the zaboors to His glory in the heavenly realms...May God bless all who hear them and sing them...Amen
