Smell Pot? SCOTUS Kills 4th Amendment

The Supreme Court says police can enter your home without a warrant, if they smell marijuana, and if when knocking on the door, they hear what sounds like the destruction of evidence. But apparently, by making sounds like destruction of evidence like flushing a toilet, police can come in. Students for Sensible Drug Policy's Aaron Houston discusses.

I'm reminded of how much I hate it when people say "drugs and alcohol." Alcohol is a drug, therefore we can just say drugs and take alcohol off it's pedestal.

This also reminds me of that dumb video of the swat team(I believe), who bust into a guys home shoot his dogs and all they find is some marijuana residue on a pipe. I believe one of the dogs ended up dying not to mention if I remember right his kids were present.

my solution: move to the illegally occupied sovereign nation of Hawaii, were even though the fake state Hawaii still prohibits Marijuana the herb is widely accepted. And in the case of unlawful detention for prohibition does happen the issue of Jurisdiction can and will be raised to national attention precisely were the federal administration does not want it in the hopes of continuing the concealment of true history that joint resolution is not annexation.

what happens if an officer claims to have heard something and barges in and finds the homeowner holding a shot gun in their face. what if the homeowner shoots, because not very many lawful people barge into other peoples homes. Now home invasions do happen. Smell that??? pizza? its probably seasoned with pot! I can smell it! ALL BS!
