..and these are supposed to be our leaders??? and they all got some kind of "nervous twitch" to them. I dunno. Bush never really explains HOW he's going to do this. he surely explains WHAT he's going to do and what the effects will be: make a happier U.S.

Cheney made me laugh during that speech. Whenever both parties stood and clapped, he smirked at someone on the Republican side.
