sky i couldnt agree more with you how even 3 simple ingredients can change each mojito experience. i love my mojito and i would like to take this opportunity and share with the audience a tip when making the drink: avoid mashing the mint leaves to tiny bits with the muddler (they end up stuck in your teeth and its a total nuisance), you only need to bruise them gently to allow the essential oils to leech out and impart their flavour.
