Well, you are right. The world, including India, is a little unfair in painting the whole country guilty of the crimes all over the world and everyone knows that the folks on the street never indulge in terrorism.

However, you must accept the fact that the way Pak tries to hide the things and ducks the responsibilities, the suspicion is quite natural. Supporting terror had been (perhaps reduced now) an integral agenda of Pak army, since Zia's time.
