No one wins. Your point is a flaw in our way of thinking. In my prefect world I would analyze the woman. If she is a productive member of society with a hard job then I would allow an abortion so that she may continue with her career. If the pregnant one is unemployed and has excellent motherhood traits then I would force birth. If she were worthless I would kill them both.

@mwjayjr See, now you're saying things that just aren't true. A coma patient has the same rights as a person in the street? Then why can a family take a brain-dead relative off the ventilator? If they drove to grandma's house while she was conscious and put two slugs in her, that's very different.

@mwjayjr dictionary com is not enough to give a proper explanation of what qualifies as murder. You need to look in a legal dictionary and legal books. I am saying it's not murder from reasoning from many lawyer friends; as well as looking back before Roe v Wade at the cases then...it was not EVER charged or punished as other (real) murders. Yes, some women do regret their abortion...most do not. That's fine go on with your life, you will not (nor will any anti choicer) ever change my mind.

I don't have time in my life to waste to continue this, look it up all over youtube, women who had abortions speak out against it, and a person with some good fact is "theprolifeguy" he's done tons of research to prove pro-choice is pro-murder

@mwjayjr Um no, abortion is 9 times safer the gestating and giving birth according to stats from CDC and The Guttmacher Institute. Who are you to say that a medical procedure is going to harm a woman emotionally? I know many women who have had elective abortions and are happy and confident that they made the right choice. I think you should go the the website imnotsorry (.net) and read how abortion has helped women before you pop off with these scripted anti-choice generalazationized lies.

@mwjayjr continued again..... They may say 'use a condom and get birth control'...but thats it. There is no public school comprehensive sex ed like there needs to be. ANd parents should also teach it, but they dont. Ohio, has abstinince only ed, our governener just signed the budget to only allow that. Before then, when I was in HS, all I ever heard was 'done have sex bc it's bad' <- yep quality education there. Good thing I have smart parents who sent me to sex and reproductive health classes.

I am talking about an OCP that is 100% effective, hell or sterilization. I have been to 9 doctors trying to get a tubal ligation and none will do it bc I dont have kids. Well yeah, no shit...thats bc I dont want kids, hence the tubal ligation. And not all schools give proper sex ed. THey may say......

@mwjayjr But when the spinal cord and cortex are not connected, nothing can be registered in the brain. Thats what happens when someone becomes a paraplegic...they cannot feel whats going on in their body because the brain has to recognize it. And it's not murder again, 1) the ZEF has not gained personhood 2) its nto done with malicious intent 3) its not illegal. She absolutely serves the fetus! When you're pregnant you cant to many things soley bc of that ZEF. What culture do you live in? ....
