I receive ssi disability for psychiatric condition, and I need it...I have devised ways to treat my severe depression, social anxiety,ocd w/o meds (the side effects are horrible) through yoga,diet,music practice and just focusing on learning, I have a terrible time socially, I'm awkward, shy, nervous,it causes me deep painful unimaginable suffering,Id encourage you to check out mind freedom international and mad pride, John Breeding's videos on psychetruth channel and I wish you luck..

Hey man, good for you. Glad things are starting to brighten up a little. Had a bit of an eppie myself there for a while. Doin' better now, hoping I don't get too excitable and hyper, haven't been sleeping much lately. Better than being depressed tho I guess.

I don't blame you not going to hospital. I mean if you're feeling better, even just a little bit, you're better off being out in the world like you said.
