I think you should upgrade this video to harder problems. It it simple for normal students to do this, however, I as a students cannot do hard ones such as:
Square root of x-15= 3- square root of x.
My problem with this equation is that I have a "3-" rather than a "-3". This has been confusing me for ages. I have no idea what to do. For other examples where you can use simple algebra of +/-. I think your explanation is crystal clear. I would really recommend you explain harder concepts.

@yiwen568 I agree, he's got a great intuitive teaching style, I've never had a teacher like this that makes something look so difficult, so easy.
