    It is not a happy Penguin. This is the effect of depression and a faze that most animals caught in the wild and forced into zoos go through. This bird if freaking out. He is confined in a small enclosure with other animals he would never normally come across. He is being fed food he wouldn't normally eat. Even the water he must drink, isn't what he would usually have in the wild. After he finishes hopping about and being "cute" in human eyes, he will stop. He is NOT a happy Penguin.
