I have depression. I used to take 2 medications a day, I tried to kill myself...
Life is good. I practice Yoga and it helps me a lot.

I lOVE yoga & highly recommend it but this is NOT avail to everyone and he is NOT inviting everyone from all over the world because these classes are very expensive--way out of range for the average person to afford. Yoga is very healing but why can't it be made available to poor people and middle class people? Why has it become a sport for only the very rich? It seems to go against the yoga philosophy to charge so much money--especially when he is already very rich. Yoga shd b avail to everyone

hmmm... maybe because the jerks sues other yoga studios for million of dollars because they use his copyrighted sequence. Yoga is not for everybody, it is only for people who are smart enough to copyright it, right?

@AxePittbull Yes, do not get caught up in your mind and your thoughts. As you are not your those you are your presence / consciousness. When it gets tough just observe the mind don't be in it, do moves deliberately and slowly, breath through your nose steadily, smile...

does anyone have any tips for staying in the room? it seems I leave 1 time per class. i want to stay and not leave the room.

@IRELANDsLEPRECHAUN how has money corrupted Bikram?? He still travels the world to do lectures and teaches classes all over the world, and personally trains his teachers through his trainings. Sounds to me like a hard working guy so how has money corrupted him? He could easily sit back with all his money and have other people do things for him, like other wealthy business people, but he doesnt. i think if you want to make a comment like that you should back it up boss
