What is actually happening here is following: Red Scout and Blue Scout both jump toward each other at the same time, but the Red Scout fires faster and kills the Blue Scout just nanoseconds before he gets hit by lucky Demo with Loch-n-Load. It all happens so quickly that it might be hard to follow.
